It operates efficiently in various conditions, consuming less power and achieving a 400% higher thermal conversion efficiency compared to traditional methods.
We are partnering with an internationally renowned robotics manufacturing company to establish an Agricultural Robotics Research and Development Center. Our goal is to develop harvesting robots, inspection robots, leaf-picking robots, roof-cleaning robots, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems, and intelligent packaging lines for automated production. We will also integrate IoT (Internet of Things) systems to achieve digitalization in our factories, resulting in a productivity improvement of over 500% compared to traditional operations.
We have independently developed an artificial intelligence planting model, enabling real-time control of the internal environment within the factory. This facilitates intelligent regulation of temperature, light, water, nutrients, and gases, as well as the collection of planting strategy information and centralized operational management. Our system also autonomously iterates and learns, with the potential for fully autonomous AI-driven planting decisions in the future. The 'Cloud IoT' system in the Smart Agriculture Factory allows real-time monitoring of crop production, harvesting, sorting, packaging, and transportation processes, providing full traceability throughout.
The smart agriculture factory adopts a semi-enclosed system, prefabricated design, and light steel structure, resulting in a short construction period and high efficiency. The factory construction can be completed within 6-9 months after the site is leveled.
60% of the operational costs of the Smart Agriculture Factory come from energy. Chunhe Agriculture leverages the advantages of the new energy industry, combining new energy generation, energy storage, and comprehensive energy management systems to optimize the energy usage of the agricultural factory. Simultaneously, technical improvements and upgrades are applied to energy-consuming equipment inside the greenhouse, along with electrical applications, resulting in energy savings of over 70% compared to traditional glass greenhouses, while also reducing labor-intensive maintenance costs.
By adopting world-leading integrated water and fertilizer management along with drip irrigation technology, the recycling of water and fertilizer resources is achieved, resulting in more than 80% savings compared to traditional agricultural practices. The use of pesticides is avoided through the application of biological pest control methods, making it a genuinely green food production method. Intelligent agricultural factories consume 100 kilograms of CO2 per square meter per year, promoting green carbon production and assisting the country in achieving its 2030 and 2060 dual carbon goals.
