Chunhe (Guangdong) Modern Agriculture Group Co., Ltd. is initiated by Chunhe Smart Agriculture Group, jointly established with China Power Investment Dingsheng New Energy Equity Investment Fund, China Power Investment Aladdin Equity Investment Fund, and also established China Power Investment Chunhe Technology Co., Ltd. with China Power International Development Limited. The company headquarters in Beijing and Zhuhai.
The company has established project companies in collaboration with various local governments to build Smart Agriculture 5.0 factories. It has sequentially invested in and established core complementary industrial companies such as Chunhe Yanxuan, Chunhe New Energy Cold Chain Logistics, Chunhua Fresh Delivery, and Chunhe Excellent Variety Industry. By collaborating with upstream and downstream enterprises, including cold chain equipment research and manufacturing and artificial intelligence robotics in smart agriculture, Chunhe Group has now formed a fully integrated smart agriculture group covering project planning and design, construction and production, investment and operation, smart equipment, cold chain logistics, and market sales.
Smart Agriculture 5.0 factory utilizes advanced technologies, including an intelligent greenhouse central control system, artificial intelligence management system, precise water and nutrient recycling system, and tidal mobile seedbed system. It is complemented by advanced sorting and packaging equipment as well as refrigeration technology. Through IoT remote control software, it intelligently adjusts key factors such as temperature, light, humidity, CO2 concentration, and nutrient solutions throughout the entire crop growth process. This enables year-round, efficient, high-quality, and environmentally friendly intensive production of high-quality fruits and vegetables, breaking free from the constraints of natural conditions.
Smart Agriculture 5.0 factory employs an internal circulation system to coordinate energy consumption, optimizing energy utilization through variable frequency technology. It achieves zero pollution and zero emissions in the greenhouse environment by recycling and reusing water and nutrients. Furthermore, it captures and utilizes CO2 to achieve a negative carbon footprint, truly creating a low-carbon and environmentally friendly smart agriculture industry.
